21-DAY LAUNCH SPRINT
Your product is built.
Now it needs to launch.
Springload runs a 21-day launch sprint for high-ticket offers: courses, coaching programs, masterminds, retreats, digital products priced at $3,000 or more. Week one is all build. Week two, cold email, Meta ads, and micro-influencer seeding all go live simultaneously. No traction by day 21: you get 50% back and keep every asset we built. Traction: we split the upside going forward.
No retainer. No ongoing commitment. 21 days, three channels, one hard endpoint.
Founding client pricing: $9,999 for the first 3 sprints. Goes to $20,000 after.
You built it. Now what?
You shipped. You posted it on Twitter. You did a Product Hunt launch that got 40 upvotes and died by noon. You sent it to your list. You got polite feedback from people who weren't going to pay anyway.
Nothing compounded.
So you went back to building. Refined the curriculum. Added a bonus module. Told yourself you'd launch properly once it was more polished. Three months later the offer is better and the revenue is the same: zero.
Here's what actually happened: you ran a Product Hunt post without upvote coordination. You sent cold email without a tested sequence. You ran $300 in Meta ads without a funnel. You did each thing once, it didn't work, and you moved on without diagnosing what broke.
That's not an offer problem. That's a distribution problem. And distribution is a system, not a task.
Springload runs the system.
The 21-Day Sprint
No strategy deck. No "we'll get back to you with a plan." Week one is all build. Week two everything goes live. Day 21 is the hard endpoint.
Build. Everything gets built this week. Website, CRM, sequences, ad creatives, hooks, influencer shortlist, playbook. Nothing goes live. Assets only.
Launch. Everything goes live simultaneously. Cold email starts sending. Meta ads launch. Influencer seeds go out.
Optimize. Watch the signals. Cut what is flat. Push what is converting. Day 21 is the kill threshold.
Either way, you have the answer in three weeks. Not two quarters.
The system
Three Channels. Simultaneously.
Each channel is built to reinforce the others. Cold email warms leads. Ads create awareness. Influencer seeding builds trust. They run together.
Cold Email
Most founders send one bad email to a scraped list and conclude cold email does not work. The sequence has to be right, the targeting has to be tight, and the follow-up has to be systematic. We build multi-step sequences, run them through verified lists of your exact ICP, and track reply rates by segment. By day 3, sequences are live.
Meta Ads
Meta is the fastest way to waste $500 if there is no strategy behind it. We build the creative, the targeting structure, and the landing funnel before the first dollar is spent. We test multiple angles in the first 48 hours and cut what is not working. The goal in week one is not conversions. It is signal: which hook lands, which audience responds, which creative stops the scroll.
Micro-Influencer Seeding
A 12,000-follower creator whose audience is exactly your ICP is worth more than a celebrity mention to the wrong crowd. We identify five to ten creators who already talk to your buyer, reach out with a structured brief, and get product mentions into their content during the sprint window. Right person, right audience, right timing, while the cold email and paid channels are running in parallel.

First 3 clients pay $9,999. After that, $20,000. 3 spots at this price. That is it.
The fit
Who this is for
All five need to be true.
You built something and it is not moving.
The product works. You might have a few beta users or early customers. Revenue is not compounding. You launched it once and nothing happened.
You know the problem is distribution, not the product.
Real people have told you they want this. Some have paid. You are not trying to validate an idea. You need the launch machine you do not have.
You have already tried at least one thing that failed.
A Product Hunt post. A batch of ads with no structure. Cold email with no sequence. You ran something. It did not work. You want a system this time.
You can hand it over and let it run.
We move fast. We need 21 days without an approval loop on every ad creative and email subject line. You get weekly calls and a live dashboard. Day-to-day, we run the channels.
Your offer is priced at $3,000 or more.
Courses, coaching programs, masterminds, retreats, high-ticket digital products. If your offer is under $3,000, the unit economics do not work at this price point.
You built it. It is stuck. You need a real launch system. That is who this is for.
Be honest
Who this is not for
If any of these is true, do not book a call.
You do not have a product yet.
We launch products. We do not build them. If you have an idea that needs development, this is the wrong service.
Nobody has paid you yet and there is no clear signal they would.
A launch sprint is not a validation experiment. If you cannot point to a paying customer or a strong demand signal, you are not ready for this.
Your offer is priced below $3,000.
The $20k sprint fee and the profit split only make sense at higher price points. Low-ticket products need volume a 21-day sprint cannot deliver.
You need sign-off on every decision.
We run cold email, Meta ads, and influencer seeding simultaneously on a 21-day clock. There is no approval loop on every subject line and ad creative. You get weekly calls and a live dashboard. That is the access structure.
You want ongoing campaign management.
This is a 21-day sprint with a defined end. If you want someone running your channels month after month, that is a different model.
Your buyers are enterprise accounts.
Procurement cycles and 90-day decision timelines break a 21-day sprint. This is built for products with buyers who can say yes in days, not quarters.
The product is broken or incomplete.
Distribution amplifies what is already there. If the product is confusing, unfinished, or does not deliver what it promises, we will not take the sprint.
Questions
FAQ
My product is in a niche you have probably not worked in. Does the playbook still apply?
+What is the guarantee?
+I ran Meta ads before and wasted $300. Why is this different?
+What is the minimum Meta ad spend?
+It is working at day 21. What happens next?
+No account managers. No strategy decks. Everyone runs a specific channel and owns the results. Two roles are open now.
Meta Ads Specialist
You run campaigns. You know what a real creative test looks like versus throwing one ad at the wall. You have built and killed enough to have an actual opinion on what makes them work. You understand direct response for high-ticket offers. The person deciding whether to attend a $10k retreat or join a year-long mastermind is not clicking a free trial. The creative, the targeting, and the funnel are different. You know this already.
What you will do: Own the paid channel across every sprint. Products are courses, retreats, coaching programs, and high-ticket digital offers. Build the targeting, write or brief the creative, run the test, optimize in real time, report the signal cleanly. Ads are live by day 5 of each sprint.
Per-sprint, not full-time. You get a share of the sprint fee for every campaign you run, plus a profit split on sales you help generate. The arrangement scales with performance.
What we need from you: Campaigns you have actually run. What you tested. What happened. Not a deck. Evidence, with high-ticket offers if you have them.
Community and Influencer Relations
You find micro-influencers, make contact, and get product seeds into the right content on a tight timeline. You know where the audiences live: YouTube niches, newsletter creators, Twitter builders, niche podcasts, wellness creators, personal development creators, retreat-adjacent communities. These are the people who buy the products we launch. You move fast and do not need someone to walk you through the outreach.
What you will do: Own the seeding channel across every sprint. Identify five to ten creators per sprint. Make contact by day 4. Coordinate timing with the rest of the campaign. Track what actually moved. Seeds go out by day 7.
Per-sprint, not full-time. Share of the sprint fee for each campaign, plus a profit split on sales your seeding contributes to. Same arrangement as the rest of the team.
What we need from you: The creator ecosystem you know well. Evidence you have placed product seeds before, not just managed brand relationships at a big company.

Ready to actually launch it?
You have been sitting on this long enough.
21 days. Week one, everything gets built. Week two, cold email, Meta ads, and micro-influencer seeding all go live simultaneously. Day 21 is the kill threshold. If the signals are not there, you get half your money back and keep every asset we built. If it works, we take a profit split on the sales we generate. You know the outcome either way inside three weeks.
